How often do you walk or run?
I walk three times a day with my dog; we enjoy walking. It’s relaxing. It’s peaceful every time we go for the same walk. We see something else: if it is a leaf on the floor or something that looks different, there’s always something different on our walk. It’s pretty amazing what you can find just going for a walk.
Walking is a way to be mindful and generate different ideas. You are fully present during that walk. I like an excellent book called Winnie the Pooh meditation, which I’ll link below. I love that book, which talks all about meditation. I highly recommend that everybody go for a walk every day.

In addition to that, I have also been trying to look at my productivity and what apps to scribble with, and I’m gonna say that there are 1000 apps, 1 million apps out there that dictate that do everything for you. I recently read a comment on Reddit that I thought was very valuable, and I wanted to share that with you.
It’s not about the different apps or how many apps you have. It’s about your process and what works for you, keeping it simple.
Have a couple of apps in your workflow. The more you have, the more complicated it will get. If it’s just Apple Notes and dictating and using Grammarly to fix it, then hooray, that works for you, but keep it simple. That’s what I’m trying to figure out here. How can I doodle, scribble, dictate my notes daily, post them, and have fun? I haven’t really figured out the scribbling drawing part. I use my main drawing apps, like Procreate and Fresco, but I wanted something simple to open up, scribble, and then dictate. Right now, I’m finding that that might be the Apple Notes, but who knows, anyway.
Keep exercising and doing your thing..

🎨 Remember: keep creating, keep scribbling, keep doodling — and don’t worry about perfection.
