Do you see yourself as a leader?

So let’s talk about leadership today. 

Am I a leader? I don’t think I’m born to be a leader. I like to create and put my thoughts into topics. I don’t think I’m the type to lead a crowd or people, but I do lead projects and my own life and control my destiny in some ways.

Not everybody is a good manager, not everyone is a good leader. Sometimes, you’re tossed into that role without wanting to be a leader, especially in the corporate world. 

So, no, I’m not a leader. Can I become a leader? Sure, if I really had to, but I prefer giving advice, helping people, encouraging people, and inspiring people, which is just as good as being a leader.
